We all aspire to feel great and have lean, tight, toned bodies, because looking great is feeling great. There are many dietary approaches to getting lean and staying lean, but many are just gimmicks that make little or no sense at all. Intermittent fasting has been practised in some form or another by cultures all over the world throughout history. The practice of only eating during designated periods, late in the day, harks back to the days of hunter-gatherers when people would often spend hours or days without a good meal. Intermittent fasting is also shown to aid in resisting and fighting diseases like diabetes, as well as helping the body cleanse and rejuvenate itself.
Now, I’ve developed a protocol to supercharge this ancient technique by applying 21st-century knowledge and nutrition. While Bulletproof Intermittent Fasting involves not eating for 18 hours each day, Bulletproof Coffee will keep you going.
Here is the Bulletproof Intermittent Fasting protocol (full protocol here):
- Have only Bulletproof Coffee for breakfast
- Don't eat before 2pm or after 8pm; eat only Bulletproof foods in this window
- Have another coffee before 2pm (no later) if you feel hungry
- Work out (optional but recommended)
- Feed your body with as many Bulletproof foods as you like between 2pm and 8pm
